W.P.No.15220 of 2015 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
"To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the impugned action of the respondents, particularly Respondent No.3 in not taking action against the complaint of petitioner dated 10.3.2015 and dated 27.5.2015 submitted to the respondents 2 and 3 and other higher officials and their consequential failure to register the crime and investigate into the same and thereby extending illegal support to the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take immediate action basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.3.2015 and 27.5.2015 and cause protection to the petitioner and his other family members".

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home has placed on record the written instructions dated 5.6.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ravulapalem Police Station, wherein it is stated that on the strength of the registered post given by the complainant Mallidi Naga Chandra Reddy S/o Sureddy, Ubalanka Village, Ravulapalem Mandal, a case in Cr.No.124/2015 under Sections 420, 506 read with Section 34 IPC of Ravulapalem Police Station has been registered on 30.6.2015 at 9 p.m. and the police took up investigation and further during the course of investigation as many as two witnesses were examined and their detailed statements were recorded in Case Diary Part-II and some more witnesses have to be examined to finalize the case.
3. In view of the above developments, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
