The petitioner/A-4 filed this Criminal Petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.72 of 2O18 of P.S. Gachibowli, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(8) and 404 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to grant bail to the petitioner/A-4, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the present case has already been taken on file by the XV Additional Judge, Kukatpally, and the same is numbered as S.C.No.739 of 2019 and the trial has also commenced.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is dismissed directing the XV Additional Judge, Kukatpally, to commence and conclude the trial and dispose of S.C.No.739 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by 3O.O4,2O21, without adjourning unnecessarily.
