This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 22.02.2010 in M.V.O.P.No.1551 of 2007 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award on 09.12.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
