This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in CC No.437 of 2010 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died six months back.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
