Heard both sides.

There are no grounds to transfer the O.P.No.391 of 2017, pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada to Judge, Family Court, Guntur, even the petitioner is respondent in the main O.P. and she is a house woman according to her, more particularly, from the fact that the respondent/petitioner in main O.P. working as Junior Telecome Officer, Vijayawada, is also a physically challenged undisputedly, thereby, but for to say the O.P. petitioner shall bear even the transport expenses of the O.P. respondent for every adjournment of minimum Rs.400/-.

Accordingly and with the above observations, the transfer civil petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
