THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION Nos.163 and 4353 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri M.Srinivasa Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner (borrower), and Sri B.S.Prasad, Learned Counsel for the respondentsbank, would submit that the entire loan amount, due from the borrower to the respondent-bank, has since been cleared; and the account has also been closed. Both the Learned Counsel and Ms.P.Radhika, Learned Counsel for the petitioner (guarantor), submit that, in view of these facts, the cause in both W.P.No.163 of 2015 and W.P.No.4353 of 2015 do not survive.

Both the Writ Petitions are, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
