HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.282 of 2012 ORDER:

Advocate for first respondent filed Memo on 20.01.2014 after due notice to advocate for petitioner informing the death of first respondent along with death certificate and details of legal heirs.

As seen from the death certificate, first respondent died on 29.09.2013 and the details of Legal Representatives of the deceased-first respondent were furnished to revision petitioner herein through Memo dated 20.01.2014. In spite of that, no steps are taken by revision petitioner, therefore revision against first respondent is dismissed as abated.

Advocate for respondents submitted that second respondent is the co-J.Dr, who is no other than the father of revision petitioner herein, who is not a necessary and proper party to this revision petition.

4. In view of the above recorded aspects, I am of the view, when the revision against main party is abated no cause survives in this revision.

5. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
