This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 1308-2010, in OS.No.149 of 2007, on the file of the Court of the

learned II Additonal Senior Civil Judge (FTC), East Godavari District at Rajahmundry.

Mr.N.Vijay, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 27-04-2015, to the Registry wherein he has informed that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. He has also enclosed letter, dated 03-04-2015, addressed to him by the sole appellant and his General Power of Attorney, wherein they have expressed their intention to withdraw the appeal.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the same and requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Appeal.
