The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of MS. N.NAGAVANI PRASUNA Advocate for the Petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (T.G.) for Respondent No. 1, Smt.A.Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C., Respondent No.2, and of learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T.G.) for Respondent No.3, the Court made the following:

ORDER:

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decisions of this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, is directed to file the affidavit before the next date of hearing on the stand of the GHMC regarding insistence of No Objection Certificate from the Revenue Authorities, when this Court consistently held that no such insistence can be made. Post on 08.06.2015 in the Motion List.
