According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decisions of this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, is directed to file the affidavit before the next date of hearing on the stand of the GHMC regarding insistence of No Objection Certificate from the Revenue Authorities, when this Court consistently held that no such insistence can be made. Post on 08.06.2015 in the Motion List.
