Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the ground that inadvertently the prayer in the writ petition is wrongly mentioned.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission is hereby accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to file writ petition. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
