Order:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 22-032013, in IA.No.387 of 2012 in OS.No.27 of 2008, on the file of the Court of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District.

Ms.Vladimeer Khatoon, leraned Counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter, dated 23-04-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court requesting for posting of this Civil Revision Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal'. At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and this Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, interim order, dated 04-06-2013, is vacated and CRPMP.No.2958 of 2013, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
