After addressing arguments at some length, Mr. T.Nagender, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has already sought his remedy of appeal as provided under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (for short 'the Act'), and therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any, with liberty granted to the appellant to pursue the remedy provided for under the Act.
