HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26338 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not paying the minimum salary attached to the post of Single Teacher as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently to direct respondents to obtain financial concurrence by the Government for payment of the salary to petitioners.

On 19.12.2003 this Court granted interim direction in WPMP No.33317 of 2003.

Advocate for writ petitioners submitted that in view of the interim order no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the same can be disposed of in terms of interim order. Considering the submission of learned advocate for petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court in WPMP No.33317 of 2003, dated 19.12.2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
