Party-in-person submits that there are some typographical mistakes in the affidavit which requires correction and seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file better affidavit.

Liberty as prayed for is granted for the reason assigned and Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
