This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.8, 11, 13 and 21 in C.C.No.392 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Sanga Reddy. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
