HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.193 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard.

Once the attached property itself is not exempted under Section 60 CPC that can be considered as means, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower Court, but for granting time of three (3) months to pay, by suspending the arrest warrant issued if any meantime, so that the attached property even can be sold by the judgment debtor to liquidate the debt as what is stated is by Section 64 CPC is that private sale after attachment is void to the extent of satisfying the debt covered by the attachment lis.

Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
