This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 21.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5226 of 2016 in C.C.No.565 of 2014 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise Court, Ongole. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court. Permission is granted.
