THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 25514 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in granting gravel quarry lease over an extent of Ac. 4.00 cents in R.S.No. 23 of Butchamma Cheruvu, Valu Thimmapuram Village of Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, pursuant to the application of the petitioner dated 16-08-2012 as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology has passed on note of the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District-respondent No. 4, according to which respondent No. 4 has rejected the quarry lease application of the petitioner dated 16-08-2012 vide proceedings No. 2896/Q1/2014 dated 26-03-2015 and submits that in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
