HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1393 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is not taking action upon their representation dated 05.06.2018, in relation to issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-25 guntas in Sy.No.534/RU, Ac.0-04 guntas in Sy.No.532/AA and Ac.0-03 guntas in Sy.No.522/AA of Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal District.

Perusal of the record demonstrates that the petitioners did not make an application in the format prescribed under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. That being so, there can be no direction to the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to act upon their representation dated 05.06.2018. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of permitting the petitioners to make a proper application as per the prescribed procedure and in the event such an application is made along with the requisite fee, the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, shall consider the same on its own merits and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law expeditiously.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
