This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.9 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.147 of 2015 on the file of Madanapalle Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused committed theft of One Ten Wheeler Tipper Lorry.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
