Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Commissioner, Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation.

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 is encroaching upon his property in question and is trying to make construction.

Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner, he has to approach the civil Court with regard to the alleged encroachment of respondent No.4 and obtain appropriate orders. In those circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court for protection of his property in question.
