3. Motam Rayudu, S/o. Veeraiah Petitioners (Accused 2 to 4 in Cr.No.190/2017 of Ghanpur (W) P.S. Jangaon Dist) AND State of Telangana, rep by P.P., High Court at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Respondent Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners on bail in Cr.No. 190 of 2017 of Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Jangaon District, pending investigation, enquiry and trial. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Prabhakar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A2 to A4 under section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of bail to the petitioners, who are A-2 to A-4 in Crime No. 190 of 2017 of Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Jangaon District, (Warangal District), registered for the offences punishable under section 354-D and 509 of IPC.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submits that both the offences alleged against the petitioners are bailable offences.

4. In such circumstance, refusing bail to the petitioners, is not permitted.

5. Hence, considering the above fact, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/A-2 to A-4 are directed to be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs. 10,000-00 (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, Warangal District.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed."
