Kadoori Lalitha And Another v. Southern Power Distribution Company Of Telangana Ltd And 2 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.1283 of 2020
ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication as the respondents have already taken a decision to restore the power supply to the subject premises of the petitioners on payment of 50% of the demanded amount. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.
Since the respondents have decided to restore power supply to the subject premises of the petitioners, their grievance has been resolved.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the respondents shall accept the provisional assessment charges and pass final orders after giving opportunity to the petitioners, in accordance with law. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
