At the hearing, Sri K.Sitaram, learned Counsel representing Sri Vijaya Bhaskar Moola, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the subject matter of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
