ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not taking any action on the representations said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 16.11.2009 and 17.11.2009 against respondents 5 and 6 as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. When the matter was called, written instructions dated 23.1.2015 sent by the SubInspector of Police, II Town P.S. Chirala, Prakasam district-2nd respondent herein have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that the petitioner herein lodged a complaint with the SHO, II Town P.S. Chirala and basing on the same, Crime No.263/2009 under Sections 447, 427, 379 IPC was registered on 4.12.2009 against respondents 5 and 6 and others and a charge sheet was filed on 4.11.2010 and the case ended in acquittal on 4.9.2014 vide C.C.No.580 of 2010 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.

3. In view of the above information, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
