This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order dated 07-10-2013 in Crime No.68 of 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar, on the memo filed by the Circle Inspector of Police, Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station, seeking to collect specimen signatures of the accusedVijaya Sarathi. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the revision petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is granted.
