This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.743 of 2016 in O.S.No.123 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur.

Learned counsel for both parties are present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.123 of 2009 on 23.03.2018. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
