THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13378 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the election process leading to the election on 28.04.2006 to the Bar Council for the State of Andhra Pradesh as null and void.

It is represented by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that subsequently elections were held to the Andhra Pradesh Bar Council on the directions of the Bar Council of India in the year 2011 and the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
