Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents against the transfer order.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation against the transfer order. As and when such representation is received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon by taking a lenient and sympathetic view. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
