The petitioners, who were the President of the Managing Committee and the Managing Committee itself respectively of Wakf Complex, Nagar Kurnool, filed this Writ Petition, feeling aggrieved by the purported inaction of respondent No.2 in considering their complaint, dated 20.02.2014, made against respondent No.3 for the latter's alleged misfeasance and malfeasance. Mr.Shafiulla Baig, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1- Telangana State Wakf Board, on instructions, submitted that as the petitioners' grievance is innocuous, respondent No.2 will examine their complaint and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, respondent No.2 is directed to do the needful and communicate his decision to the petitioners within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
