HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.1797 of 2013 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree, dated 17.03.2008 passed in M.V.O.P.No.156 of 2004 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-V Additional District Judge, Ongole.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 28.07.2015 before the Registry. Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
