This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 23.08.2018 passed in I.A.No.864 of 2017 in I.A.No.218 of 2016 in O.S.No.190 of 2015 by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would contend that the revision petitioner was sick. Therefore, he could not move the application on time and as the same is stated on oath, no further material is required to substantiate the same. 4.

Under these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 23.08.2018 passed in I.A.No.864 of 2017 in I.A.No.218 of 2016 in O.S.No.190 of 2015 by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and I.A.No.864 of 2017 is allowed, consequently delay of 12 days is condoned. No order as to costs.
