O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Chandraiah) This writ petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 07.09.2001 passed in O.A.No.56 of 2001 with C.A.No. 455 of 2001 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity "the Tribunal).

The applicant who is the respondent herein filed O.A.No. 56 of 2001 seeking to declare the action of the petitioners herein in not

considering and appointing the applicant to the post of S.G. Teacher (Telugu) in DSC-2000 in PHC quota though he attended for counseling on 28.11.2000, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently direct the petitioners to appoint him immediately as S.G. Teacher (Telugu) in the existing vacancies in Physically Handicapped Quota in DSC - 2000 in Nizamabad District. The Tribunal, by order dated 07.09.2001, while closing C.A.No.455 of 2001, allowed the O.A.No.56 of 2001 observing that the matter was squarely covered by the order dated 23.08.2001 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.Nos.5000 of 2001 and 3725 of 2001. Being aggrieved by the order of the Tribunal, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the respondent-applicant.

Sri M.V.Rama Rao, Advocate, representing the learned Additional Advocate General (Telangana) appearing for the petitioners, has submitted that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by Common Order dated 22.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.17611 of 2012 and batch whereby W.P.Nos.17611, 18717, 18731, 26458, 29051 and 29412 of 2012 were allowed and W.P.Nos.25869 and 30205 of 2012 were dismissed. In view of the above submission and following the Common Order dated 22.04.2015 passed in W.P.Nos. 17611, 18717, 18731, 26458, 29051 and 29412 of 2012, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the allowing of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________ G. CHANDRAIAH, J 02.11.2015
