HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT APPEAL Nos. 600 & 601 OF 2016 and W.A.No.591 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior counsel, for the respondents/plaintiffs, on instructions, submits that till C.M.A.Nos.364, and of are heard and decided finally, the respondents/plaintiffs shall not enforce the order, dated 20.07.2016, passed in WPMP.No.29343 of 2016 in W.P.No.23822 of 2016, impugned in the present appeals. He, however, submits that learned Judge, who is assigned to hear the C.M.As, may be requested to dispose them of within time frame.

Learned counsel for the appellants have no objection for disposal of the appeals in view of the statement made by Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs. Hence, we dispose of the appeals by the following order: "Learned Judge, who is assigned to hear C.M.A.Nos.364, 365 and 430 of 2016, is requested to hear and decide the same expeditiously. It is open to the parties to apply for fixed date of hearing. We hope and trust that both the parties shall cooperate for disposal of the C.M.As expeditiously.

Pending hearing and final disposal of the C.M.As, the order impugned in the present appeals shall not operate. We also record and accept the statement made by Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs that the respondents shall not enforce the said order."
