ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action against respondents 5 to 8 in digging fish/prawn tanks illegally in an extent of Ac.3.41 cents in Sy.Nos.268/1, 268/2B, 268/3, 268/4, 267/2B of Konithiwada Village, Veeravasaram Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the writ petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for respondents 7 and 8 submits that respondents 7 and 8 obtained final permission on 1.5.2017 and they are undertaking pisci culture in their land. The said fact is not disputed by learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.4.

If the petitioners are aggrieved about the final permission obtained by respondents 7 and 8, it is for them to avail appropriate remedies as available to them.
