THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4279 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 17.09.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions and endorsed to that effect on the bundle and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 20.09.2016 by printing the name of the petitioners in the cause list. On 20.09.2016 when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal", neither the petitioners are present nor is there any representation made on their behalf.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed in consequence.
