Petitioner's grievance is that the appeal filed by him on 12.08.2016 before the 2nd respondent challenging his removal from service of the 3rd respondent-Society vide order dt.08.06.2016 has not yet disposed of by the 2nd respondent. 2.

Sri Uma Shankar Lokanadham, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal expeditiously, if not already disposed of. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal, if not already decided, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
