ORDER:
This writ petition is filed alleging that the 4th respondent is summoning the petitioners to the Police Station frequently and illegally confining them in the Police Station, beating them at the instance of the 5th respondent and without registering the crime against the petitioners. The Station House Officer, Vikarabad furnished written instructions dated 28.01.2019 to the Government Pleader.

The written instructions disclose that on 25.11.2018, Crime No.328/2018 was registered based on the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent. The complainant alleged that his daughter was missing. As a part of investigation, notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C was issued on 20.01.2019 for causing enquiry about missing of 5th respondent's daughter. The petitioners appeared on 20.01.2019 and after enquiry they were let off from the Police Station. The allegation that petitioners were detained in the Police Station is denied.

The said statement is taken on record.

However, the respondents are directed to follow due process of law for conducting investigation into the crime registered.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
