HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION Nos. 45148, 45157, 45176, 45197, 45200, 45207, 45213, 45238, 45269, 45278, 45285, 45346, 45355, 45356, 45357, 45453, 45457 and 45503 of COMMON ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4 dated 31.08.2015 issued by respondent No.1 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the present writ petitions is squarely covered by W.P.No.9655 of 2016, which was disposed of by this Court on 02.12.2016. Hence, he prays for disposal of this writ petition on the same lines as that of W.P.No.9655 of 2016. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration.

In that view of the matter, following the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.9655 of 2016, the Writ Petitions are allowed setting aside Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/20124, dated 31.08.2015 issued by respondent No.1.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. C.PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Date:26.12.2016 usd
