HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 9873 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in conducting enquiry pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.01.2017 submitted to the second respondent and the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.01.2017 submitted to the first respondent. Initially, the matter was posted for one week by order dated 21.03.2017 and, when the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader as well as learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry is taken up pursuant to the complaints lodged by the petitioner. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
