B Raju v. The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P. No.1234 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in seizing and locking the shop No.5 at Sangareddy New Busstand, Sangareddy on 08.01.2018 at around 7.30 p.m., by forcibly evicting the petitioner, in spite of the order of status quo dt.05.01.2018 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy in I.A.No.43 of 2018 in O.S. No.10 of 2018 and Officer Order dt.05.12.2017 of the 2nd respondent. 2.
This clearly shows that the status quo order is alleged to have been violated by the 3rd respondent and if that is so, the petitioner has an alternative remedy and this Court cannot interfere the said violation at this stage.
3.
Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
4.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
