This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.2, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in S.C.No.126 of 2015 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry (Crime No.118 of 2015 of Gollaprolu Police Station) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) read with Section 20(b)(1) of NDPS Act.

The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on the ground that the contraband seized from the possession of the accused is a commercial quantity.

Since the contraband seized from the possession of the accused is commercial quantity and as there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.2.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
