HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.P.M.P.No.6603 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.6451 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

The criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.462 of 2011 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Pending the criminal petition, Crl.M.P.No.6603 of 2015 is filed by the de facto complainant-2nd respondent and petitioner with joint memo seeking permission to compound the criminal case stating that the matter is amicably settled between the parties outside the Court. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A1 to A3.

Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.6603 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.462 of 2011 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are quashed against the petitioners. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _______________________________ Dr. B.
