When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is contended by the learned Standing Counsel that the writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking regularization of service and during the pendency of this writ petition, the services of petitioner were regularized. The same is not disputed by the counsel for petitioners. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
