These petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the common order dated 29.3.2016 in Crl.M.P. Nos.713, 712 and 640 of 2016 respectively in S.C. No.106 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

As per the submissions made by both the counsel, S.C. No.106 of 2015 is transferred from the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad to the Court of Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in these criminal petitions.
