THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30962 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in not disposing of the petitioner's provisional application for fresh water aquaculture farm application vide PRF No.011600013112 even though the petitioner submitted application along with required documents under G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department, dated 16.03.2013.

Though this Court ordered notice before admission on 13.09.2017, no counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. In the circumstances if the petitioner's application is pending as on today, and it fulfils all the requirements of the Government Orders issued from time to time, the application of the petitioner for grant of provisional permission in respect of the land of an extent of Acs.5.12 cents in Survey No.548 of Ponnamanda Village, Razole Mandal, East Godavari District, shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
