Mr.Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent subsequent to filing of the writ petition had initiated action on the complaint sought to be canvassed in the instant writ petition and hence the cause does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand closed.
