HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13341 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the Writ Petition was filed when the petitioner services were about to disengage.

This Hon'ble Court pleased to grant interim orders on 18.7.2003 directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service, if there is any work.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in pursuance of the interim orders, the petitioner is being continued in service. 4.

Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents is also not disputed the same.

In view of the said fact, this court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
