THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.433 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/A.1 to A.5 filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to release them on bail, in the event of their arrest in connection with an unregistered crime for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that when no crime was registered against the petitioners, the question of arrest does not arise. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to renew their request whenever any crime is registered against them.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
