THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1877 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter dated 07.11.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating inter alia that he is instructed by his client to withdraw the revision petition as the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

As desired in the said letter, the revision petition is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

In that view of the matter, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
